I stood where you stand. Completely and utterly overwhelmed, alone, questioning every action, yearning for bookings while trying to keep the dreaded “burnout” at bay. It was in 2014 when I said goodbye to my astrophysics major and left school to transform my passion for photography into a life-giving business. I’m sure you can remember the exact moment you decided, “this is it, it’s happening!” for you, too.
You know I’d be lying if I told you this wild journey of entrepreneurship was simple. But there’s a reason why we’re here, you and I.
It’s moments like feeling completely and wholly aligned with your art, receiving the kind of client feedback that gives you goosebumps, shooting in far-flung destinations, or getting nationally published that reiterates every obstacle, hiccup or setback along the way. For me, it was the mentors and resources I had that helped me through each season to get to the other side. For all the things I didn’t have or couldn’t find, it became my goal to create them so others could pave their path, too.
With nearly a decade in business and a whole lot of learning, I’m honored to stand here, passing along my own insight and experiences to thousands of creatives worldwide. If we’ve ever crossed paths, you’ll quickly learn I don’t hold back. Everything I know, I’ll share and I’ll be the first to say that I’m still on this journey of learning, growing and expanding, too.
Through my resources, holding space for 1:1 support, speaking at workshops and retreats, helping others learn from my mistakes by saving them time, energy, and money truly feels like a gift.
